What’s a Rich Text element?

In 2023, brands are striving to find new ways to engage with their community and offer fans rewards for their loyalty. Nielsen research suggests that 84% of consumers are more likely to stick with a brand that offers a loyalty program. However, despite this, only 15% of loyalty rewards are redeemed, demonstrating a need to offer more appealing, customer-owned benefits driven by authentic community connection.

That’s why Co:Create has developed a comprehensive API toolkit for virtually any brand to launch new, innovative rewards & loyalty campaigns — powered by our flexible, API-first community activation & rewards platform.
  1. First off. Campaign APIs allows brands to easily reward their customers for taking specific actions, acting as an innovative loyalty system. Typically, launching and maintaining such campaigns is a complex and time-consuming process; however, our Campaign APIs can help brands save signifcant time and resources.
  2. The next significant API within our toolkit is Redemptions. This enables brands to reward users with desirable and rare digital assets by allowing them to quickly redeem their fungible ERC-20 tokens for non-fungible ERC-721 or ERC-1155 tokens without the need to pay gas fees on the blockchain. For example, the Redemption APIs can allow gamers to redeem their achievement-based tokens for special in-game assets such as unique characters, weapons, or skins represented as ERC-721 or ERC-1155 assets. It can also empower retail companies to manage their loyalty program rewards, allowing customers to earn ERC-20 tokens for purchases and redeem them for digital goods, such as exclusive products, discounts, or services represented as NFTs.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

In 2023, brands are striving to find new ways to engage with their community and offer fans rewards for their loyalty. Nielsen research suggests that 84% of consumers are more likely to stick with a brand that offers a loyalty program. That’s why Co:Create has developed a comprehensive API toolkit for virtually any brand to launch new, innovative rewards & loyalty campaigns — powered by our flexible, API-first community activation & rewards platform.

With our new API toolset, we’re simplifying reward campaign creation and management by offering built-in business logic — making it possible to build gamified methods for community members to redeem their rewards and pay using fiat currencies. The result is improved user insights on how Web3 services drive business value.

Harnessing our APIs, brands can build customized reward experiences that inspire their communities to be part of something greater, turning them from passive consumers to brand advocates.

Our New Suite of APIs — Ready to Go!

In order to bring the most flexibility to our partners, we’ve deployed three powerful APIs that can be implemented to improve customer experiences.

  1. First off, our Campaign APIs allow brands to easily reward their customers for taking specific actions, acting as an innovative loyalty system. Typically, launching and maintaining such campaigns is a complex and time-consuming process; however, our Campaign APIs can help brands save significant time and resources and eliminate the need to build additional application logic. The toolkit also offers enhanced optics, helping businesses better understand their users’ behaviors and preferences. This, in turn, can inform strategic business decisions and help optimize future campaigns — helping companies refine their reward strategies to further boost user engagement and referrals.
  3. Finally, we’re also releasing APIs that natively supports crypto payments for markets that don’t want to deal with an NFT checkout service vendor. Any service can leverage our SDK to seamlessly accept Matic or ERC20 payments for NFT purchases. Also, through an integration with web3 infrastructure provider Crossmint, customers can now easily purchase NFTs using common payment methods like debit and credit cards —which opens new opportunities for brands to generate revenue for their Web3 projects.

Alongside these API releases, we’ve also integrated an AI chatbot solution that makes it incredibly easy for devs to find important information in our large library of developer documentation. This solution is being provided by Owlbot, and acts as an autonomous assistant for multisource information integration. Our goal is to make implementing rewards experiences as easy as possible across the entire customer journey.

Community Powered Brands Are Already Jumping In

Our APIs have already made an impact on many brand communities. Most notably, Co:Create’s tools made Harry Styles’s concert at Slane Castle a memorable event for fans, transforming mundane activities, like exploring a venue map, booking transport, or posting photos, into a rewarding, gamified experience. Then there’s how we partnered with Bleacher Report (B/R), a leading sports media brand owned by Warner Bros., to launch a loyalty program that gamified the viewing experience for sports fans. Lastly, our partnership with KIKI World, a community-powered beauty brand, saw them leverage our community activation platform and Web3 APIs to help consumers co-create a nail polish product.

“Following our highly successful collaborations with EVNTZ, Bleacher Report, and KIKI World, we are excited to announce the full launch of Co:Create’s Web3 Tools for a larger audience of brands and businesses to help them make interactions with their customers even more engaging, insightful, and rewarding,” said Tara Fung, co-founder and CEO of Co:Create. “Additionally, our partnership with Crossmint will ensure that Co:Create API users will get access to a wide array of payment options to make onboarding as frictionless as possible.”

Given the ways that our APIs are already seeing dramatic results across multiple campaigns, we can’t wait to see what brands will be able to do with it next. We see this as the true evolution of loyalty programs, and we’re not looking back. 👀
